Message from the President

Welcome,

The Raleigh Graduate Chapter is proud to celebrate in 2019 our 30th Anniversary and the 50th Anniversary of Swing Phi Swing Social Fellowship, Inc.®  On April 4, 1969, our beloved organization was founded at Winston Salem State University at the conclusion of the Civil Rights Movement, which was also the one-year anniversary of the assassination of  Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.  In 1989, the Raleigh Graduate Chapter of Swing was founded and for 30 years, we have made a commitment to service in the Triangle community.

As we celebrate these two milestone Anniversaries, we will continue our commitment to public service, social action, advocacy and youth empowerment. We are passionate about our service to our community and grateful to the relationships we have built in the last 30 years.

As the President of the Raleigh Graduate Chapter, I'm excited about the future of Swing Phi Swing Social Fellowship , Inc.®, and as we embrace the future, it’s our hope to continue to make a difference in the lives of women, girls and families.

Yours in Swing,

Roxanne Aaron
