Message from the President

It is a very exciting time for Swing Phi Swing Social Fellowship, Inc.Ⓡ Next year, on the National front, we will celebrate our 50th anniversary as an organization.  The Raleigh Graduate Chapter of Swing Phi Swing Social Fellowship, Inc.Ⓡ commitment to the Triangle community spans almost 30 years of Sisterhood, Scholarship and Service. We will celebrate our 30th anniversary next year.

About Swing Phi Swing Social Fellowship, Inc. Ⓡ,we were founded on April 4, 1969, one year after the death of Martin Luther King, Jr. We are a national membership organization whose sisters work to improve the lives of women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment.  We know that when women and girls have access to education, it leads to self-determination and hope.

In the midst of a changing world, political climate and social relations, the Raleigh Graduate Chapter is committed to meeting those challenges. We are committed to continued public service, social action, education programming and advocacy, youth development, and economic and financial planning.  We are passionate about our service to our community and embrace the opportunity to work side by side with individuals and community organizations. We are grateful for the relationships we have built over the years and look forward to maintaining, sustaining and cultivating those relationships along with new ones. We are the CHANGE that we want to see! And so are you!

Yours in Swing,
