OLA Sisters and welcome BROTHERS, family, friends and visitors,

Thank you for visiting our website.

It has been a privilege to be a member of Swing Phi Swing Social Fellowship, Inc since September 1970 and I have never regretted my decision.  Understand that when we speak of blood, sweat, and tears, back in the day, it doesn’t mean for me the pledging process, but it means the process of being accepted on the campus of Shaw University.  My Line Sisters and I fought hard to bring an unknown organization to Shaw University.  No other college or university had a chapter(other than Winston Salem State University) and most had never even heard of us.  But we persevered and finally were accepted as a viable organization that stood for Community Service and Social Justice.  We were true to our beliefs and have never looked back or regretted what we did.

Understand that when we took the Swing Oath we vowed to take up this Swing Phi banner and run on to make it a true and respected organization.  Now is not the time to go back on our promise (vow).  It is time to step up and continue what our sisters started back in 1969 and make our legacy one to be proud of.

Thank you for watching us make this happen…….  We will do it!!! That’s why we are still here.

As President of The Raleigh Graduate Chapter of Swing Phi Swing Social Fellowship, Inc, I can say we are committed to this.  We are committed to our promise to uphold and respect this organization. We will do this by whatever means necessary because We have chosen this organization……it did not choose us!!

My name is Jewyl Dunn and I endorse this message…..OLA
